Hi! I'm Kris. I am a very curious person with a big heart for nature. Everyday I like to try and learn new things; try new food, learn words in a new language and know other people. I have never been an extrovert, but I wanted to try something new. Just fake it till you make it and I its going pretty well ;p.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is the best way to really get to know places. From a normal hostel or hotel its hard to meet local people and get to see the nice but unknown spots, but living with local people is a completely diferent experience.

Interests

I'm interested in exploring new places and getting to know new people, to see in what way things can be different than I know. I think each pleace has something unique or beautiful that is interesting, even though it might not be obvious. I also love having interesting conversations, about any theme that you or I know about. I like to talk about languages or the world around us, for example.

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now I'm exploring latin music, from Bad Bunny and Ozuna to willy colon or Silvestre Dangond.
For your information, I have hardly seen any movie (yet) although I think its fun to watch them together.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I walked 25km up a mountain to see a Paramó on my own, which was way cooler than I thought :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I know English, Dutch and Spanish (but I know that there is still a lot to learn, and that is what I like). I'm open for learning (almost) anything, reaching from physics to arts and from sports to animals.
