I love enjoying the present moment and focusing on it developing mindfulness and gratitude towards life, spending precious time with my family and friends, doing art and making people happy with my art, yoga, reading, meditating, listening to music, nature, the warming sun, to hear the rain drops falling from the sky embracing my ear, to watch bright flowers moving to the wind, having a walk, just dancing to my gut feeling, singing and sometimes putting the words that float through my mind together to a poem. I do what feels good to me and the list can go on. 😌
