Hi! My name is Krishan and currently I'm living in Munich / Germany. I'm a PhD candidate in philosophy, I studied music before and I’m always happy to meet new people :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've done both, surfing and hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Zurich and Las Vegas. Both trips were wonderful experiences as both hosts showed me the whole area and were very friendly :)

In Munich I hosted a girl from New York, a guy from Shanghai and a group of three girls from Poland so far. All of them were very nice and it was a pleasure to host them :)

In Nepal I met a group of locals at a hot spring on Mount Annapurna with whom I further explored the region and travelled to Kathmandu where they treated me like a family member :) During the nights in Kathmandu we were sitting on top of their hostel, stargazed and had wonderful conversations on Buddhism and other existential topics. Later on I stayed in a Buddhist Monastery for some time and met a veterinarian from Brazil currently working in Dubai when an earthquake forced us to stay outside for a night and she had very interesting stories to tell about her initial life in the rainforests of Brazil, her studies in the US and her work experiences in several European, African and Arabic countries.
Another wonderful trip was the year before when I travelled France, Italy, Greece and Turkey by busking with my clarinet :)
