Overview
About Me
In April 2023, I traded my 9–5 routine for the open road—sometimes paved, sometimes dusty, often leading me to places even Google Maps doesn’t dare. Since then, I’ve been hitchhiking, camping, and saying “yes” to stories waiting to unfold.
On my travels, I create macramé art—from jewelry to wall hangings—that carry pieces of the journey woven into them. I’m also a professional meditation and healing facilitator, hosting circles wherever I go for people who wish to pause and feel. And because I love sharing knowledge, I often give guest lectures in schools and colleges, blending travel tales with life lessons.
Adventure keeps me alive: once I got lost in a jungle, another time in a desert—each turned into a story that only gets better when told in person. I’ve even worked with wildlife like the Asiatic lion, but that one I’ll save for when we meet.
People call me crazy, spontaneous, and limitless—but really, I just refuse to live on autopilot. I thrive on conversations that start with laughter and wander into philosophy, on food that tastes like culture, and on the thrill of not knowing what tomorrow might bring.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travel not just to see new places, but to meet new people and experience their world—their culture, food, beliefs, and the little routines that shape their days. Every encounter helps me broaden my thinking, see life from a new perspective, and add another beautiful memory to my journey.
Through Couchsurfing, I hope to create friendships across borders—to share stories, laughter, and maybe even dance a little Garba together. I love exchanging views on life, swapping skills, and learning what makes each place unique through the eyes of its people.
Just to be clear: I’m not here to find the love of my life—I’m here to make good friends, share experiences, and leave behind connections that feel like family.
Interests
Getting happily lost in jungles or deserts—because sometimes the wrong turn becomes the best story.
Weaving macramé jewelry and wall art, carrying threads of my journeys into something tangible.
Hosting healing & meditation circles on the road—spaces where strangers pause, breathe, and often leave as friends.
Teaching & sharing stories in schools and colleges (kids ask the kind of questions that make even adults think).
Wildlife & wilderness—from forest trails to once working with the Asiatic lion (story saved for tea).
Food as culture—fiery street stalls, family kitchens, or shared meals that always taste better with stories.
Exploring local culture & belief systems—how people live, what they value, and the traditions that shape their days.
Conversations that start casually and somehow wander into philosophy at 3 a.m

Music, Movies, and Books
Music I love:
English lyrical songs that tell stories and touch the heart.
Old Hindi classics—timeless melodies that carry nostalgia and soul.
Garba music—because nothing lifts the spirit like dancing to tradition.
Movies I enjoy:
Adventure & travel: films that make you want to pack a bag and explore the unknown.
Soulful & emotional: stories about human connection, self-discovery, or journeys of the heart.
Cultural slices of life: movies that show life in different countries, traditions, and ways of living.
Examples: The Motorcycle Diaries, Into the Wild, Eat Pray Love, Dil Chahta Hai, Taare Zameen Par, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara
Books I enjoy:
Travel memoirs and real-life adventure stories.
Fiction that blends culture, philosophy, and self-discovery.
Inspirational biographies and books on healing, creativity, or mindfulness.
Examples: Wild by Cheryl Strayed, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert, Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve always chosen to listen only to myself, following my own instincts and heart rather than anyone else’s advice. That unwavering trust in my path has led me to places, people, and experiences I never could have imagined—and somehow, the universe has always been looking out for me.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach:
How to travel solo with courage (and a few tricks I’ve learned from jungles, deserts & hitchhikes).
Garba, the traditional Gujarati folk dance (yes, I’ll make you twirl until you laugh).
Cooking Indian food with flavors that tell stories.
How to drape a saree—an art form in itself.
Motorcycle basics, especially for women who want to ride with confidence.
Language practice in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
I’d love to learn:
Local traditions, cultural beliefs, and ways of living that make your home unique.
New recipes from your kitchen.
Any creative skill—music, craft, or just your way of seeing the world.
What I can share:
Stories from the road—some funny, some soulful, some I’ll only tell in person.
My macramé art and healing practices if you’re curious.
A helping hand in cooking, cleaning, or just keeping the vibe light and warm.
