Overview
About Me
I do product design by day, and wander whenever I can. Highly energetic, love meeting new people/ new experiences. Am a city person, so enjoy crowds, energy, the nightlife and discovering amazing secret nooks in cities. Love reading, kickboxing, cycling around Seattle, ballroom dancing, and Prohibition-era style speakeasys.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was living in Ireland for 3 years, and used to travel everywhere in Europe - and it was so amazing meeting random people and getting to know their lives. I'm on Couchsurfing to collect stories, and to make amazing new friends in the places I visit.
Interests
Books. Seriously, a ton of books. Also hiking, kayaking, city-life of every kind, any kind of dancing, and hanging out in places with great music.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Anything Wodehouse, anything Asimov and recently into Tom Holt. Some of my all time faves: The Book Thief (Markus Zusak), Cloud Atlas (David Mitchell), The Raw Shark Texts (Steven Hall), Yes Minister (Jonathan Lynn), Atlas Shrugged (Ayn Rand), Room (Emma Donoghue), Bad Omens (Neil Gaiman/ Terry Pratchett),
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent a whole, rather chilly spring night walking the streets of Eindhoven because I didn't have a place to stay for the night. That was pretty fun, once.
