Hi, my husband Robert and I were recently customer service representatives for a telecommunications company. We've decided to start our lives over and get a fresh perspective on life. We are open minded people who love learning and gaining knowledge in all aspects of life. Making the decision to sell nearly everything we own and set out to explore the world has been the best decision we have made together. We are truly hoping to meet people who will give us the opportunity to be hosted.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are on Couchsurfing because we want to experience the world in new way and hope to meet some wonderful new people along our journey. We love to learn from other people and are hoping to meet welcoming hosts who have some insight on the areas we are traveling.

Interests

We are both very open minded and creative people. We have an eclectic taste in music, art, books, and shows. We enjoy the outdoors in all forms such as camping, hiking, kayaking, bicycling, and even just casual walks to new areas.

We are both avid readers. I love any sort of book that can help me escape reality, even if for just a moment at a time. Robert loves philosophy, anthropology, and really anything that opens his mind.

I like all forms of classical art, and for about 16 years I was involved in many forms of dance including ballet. Robert is very crafty with words and is an excellent writer. He is also really skilled at cooking.
