Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make as many friends as possible. To listen to their stories and smile at their happiness. Also, to really appreciate this planet we call home
ABOUT ME
People would describe me as a very open-minded person. I accept all walks of life and I want to hear all their stories. I open my arms to all the wonders of the world and opinions of others. Yet, I will not accept violence and ignorance of others who mean to cause any harm to themselves or others. I have also been told that I am very expressive. I wear my emotions on my sleave. Yet, I am not one to complain. You give me a stick and I will be happy for days!
PHILOSOPHY
This is extremely cheesy but, "Live Laugh Love" is my personal philosophy. Live for the moment, Laugh with your friends, and Love all that are dear to you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am just starting out, but I am very optimistic about this new experience.
Interests
People in general grab my attention. Wondering where they come from and how they got to the place they are now. I could spend hours people watching, and listening to other people's stories. Also, I am a huge art junky. I want to understand why an artist choose a certain topic, or what the colors represent.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was left in awe when I took a trip to Rome to gander at the St. Peter's Basilica. Just as stated a million times, I am very interested in people and why they do the things they do. The alter left me in tears, Bernini beautifully represented the power and wonders of a higher being. I am not a religious person, I would say spiritual. But that spectacle touched my soul and I was brought down to a molecular level of modesty, security and joy.
Another experience that left me in awe was when a little student of mine drew me a flower. I have recently interning at an italian kindergarten, teaching the students english. I had to take a step back and really acknowledge what I was doing. I was giving these children an opportunity to learn a different culture and a different way of life. To expand their minds to the world, that's what they did for me.
