About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel and never go home

ABOUT ME

Hi,

My name is Krissy. I'm 19 and have been travelling through thailand and india for the past 3 months. I joined couch surfing because sleeping in a gutter sucks when you're travelling. I live in Sydney, Australia and would love to hos other surfers when i get home.

I play guitar and like reading, running, cooking, the beach etc.

I like to meet new people and try new things and at the moment i'm loving travelling so much that i just don't know if i'll be able to bring my self to book that ticket back to aus.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't really have a particular mantra.

But life is good. Very good. So i guess all the generic ones that deal with that concept pretty much fit the bill.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't done much couch surfing but am so keen to start it's insane.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Friends who have stayed on my couch after a big night out seemed to have had a nice time.

I've also slept on some couches before and it's always been a blast.

Interests

I like books.

I like trees.

I like food.

I like wearing socks with all shoes because i hate/have sweaty feet.

I like brownies.

I like people.

I like going out.

I like people who are pleasant.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: i'm reading The Midnight's Children by Salman Rushdie at the moment and it's blowing my mind.

Life of pie was also freaking amazing.

I like all music. I like most movies (except glitter, that was just vomit inducing)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a month's community work in Peru when I was 15 and it changed my view on the world. That's when i was first infected with this disease they call the travel bug.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Brazil, Peru

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, United States
