My life involves these things mostly at the moment: Friends, bikes, food, playing music, going to shows, puppies, cats, laughs, beach, fun, cofffeee.

I wish these things were in my life more: hot tubs, hot springs, water holes, water falls, mountains, trees, mushrooms, camping, old friends. I love San Francisco through and through, but I need to get out of the city more! sucks you in!

I rode my bike from Portland, Oregon to Arcata, California once. It was very humbling. I traveled to Jamaica once, that too, was a humbling experience.
