ABOUT ME

Currently i'm traveling the UK and parts of europe. I'm your typical quarter life crisis case. Stuck looking for a job that means something to me and pays bills. I'm an easy going adrenaline junky.
Traveling is really the only passion I have ever pursued and now at 25 i am feeling the squeeze to find a direction more then ever. It has been a great encouragement to find I am not alone in this sort of disorientated quest.
I have a positive out look on life and don't require much to be happy or comfortable.
I am anti facebook and have been clean now for almost two years. I also am not a big fan of cell phones but can't seem to get free of one. I think that is one of the things that interests me about couch surfing, you actually meet real live breathing people not online fantasy versions and maybe share some conversation that doesn't include lol or ttyl.
I love experiencing new food, new places, and new people. I'm not afraid to knock a few beers back on a night out or drink jack on the rocks. I enjoy just chilled out nights and learning what other people believe and why. I love music and would be lost with out it. Although I have not musical talent of my own. I have taken up the guitar in the last two years but it's a slow road. I love snowboarding and longboarding and would like to get into rock climbing.I also enjoy reading and poetry. I am currently working my way through the works of hemmingway. I feel I am just rambling on now; one thing I don't really enjoy is talking about myself but it makes me a great listener.
If your idea of a good night doesn't include endless TV or online gaming i think we would could have a blast.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe I simple things. Everything in moderation. A good sense of humor is esential to good heath. If you cant laugh at yourself your taking life to serious. I believe in staying true to your friends and family. Seek happiness and practice patience. I believe gossip is the language of the insecure and truth is the voice of the very bravest of humankind. Don't make to many plans just wing it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently new to the whole couch surfing process but i think the concept is brilliant. I am traveling now but will defiantly host when i get back to Canada.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was first introduced to couch surfing by my roommate. We had several suffers come stay with us. The first was a girl from England who happened to catch my roommate and I and six of our friends as we were headed on a week long snowboarding trip we had been planning for months. Since we already had the cabin paid for, we invited her along. We all had a blast. I decided to go traveling again not long after that and started my own couch surfing account. My experience with hosting was amazing.

sound garden, temple of the dog, audioslave, did I mention I like Chris Cornell? Rolling stones, bob Dylan, Chet baker, metric, bombay bicycle club, dr. Dog, radiohead, and so many more I'll just stop.
Country music is a no go. I think rap music is a bit of an oxymoron. Give me some sort of intoxication and I'm into house and tecno. All other music finds it's way onto my iPod quite easily.
