Hi! I have called NYC 'home' for the past 6 years, and probably always will, and while i love the city, i also love a good adventure and have been traveling as much as I can for as long as I can remember. Love learning new things, meeting new people, trying new things.. I get along well with most people and I love a good conversation and co-exploring.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One thing that really brings a place to life and makes it memorable is when you meet people along the way. I think couchsurfing offers an opportunity to make quick friends and develop a network of friends all over the world and have a great time on your trip.

Interests

Much of my research, political passions and everyday interests focuses on understanding and addressing social inequities. When I'm not trying to 'save the world' :-) I like to paint, play soccer, run or yoga, read a fiction book.. travel of course.. tattoos perhaps could be considered an 'interest' of mine..

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm more of an 'exceptions' person than a 'favorite' type of person - so exceptions to my tastes would be hard rock, metal or ska music and I can't watch horror or slasher movies, and i'm not keen on watching violence in movies - I have a weak stomach for that. Pretty much just like books.
