Currently traveling. I am a "young" single mom who's kids are finally wanting mom to travel and do some things for myself. I have always dreamed of travelling. I was invited on a trip to Palma de Mallorca and then after paying for non refundable airfare the other person backed out. I had never traveled internationally and didnt want to miss the chance to mark this off my "bucket list". Couchsurfing made it the trip of a lifetime!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have never (until June 2016) traveled. As a single Mom it just was never anything but a dream. With one month's notice I had the opportunity at the trip of a lifetime and did everything I could to come up with a way to do it. The person I was joining had everything taken care of besides the astonishing airfare...but then they canceled. I decided with 5 days to my departure I wanted to make this dream trip MY reality. My first experience has been amazing so far. Thanks to Couchsurfing I am creating a trip so much better than the one that was planned for me!

I cant wait to host when I return and pass on the good vibes. Can't think of a better way to meet fun new people from all over the world. =)
