I'm terrible when I'm hungry, but most of the time I enjoy both everyday life as well as all the strange things this complex world has to offer.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing for me is about meeting people. I rather host somebody without a schedule, and for longer than a night. Same thing when surfing, I'm not just after a free place to stay. Not that I expect anything from my host, but doing something together is a lot more fun :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS is great. So far I mostly hosted, but also enjoy surfing a lot or just meeting locals and fellow travellers.

兴趣

Flea markets! I really like digging through old stuff. I study architecture, like bicycling, chocolate, art, good-looking things, pin-hole cameras, skate/wake/surf/long/snowboarding, strange food. Lately also space and the distant future.

音乐、电影和书籍

I like small books. Books that can fit in my pocket. Regarding content, non-fiction and art-books interest me most.

I like long songs. No really it sounds ridiculous but a beat that lasts for 10 min is usually better than a 3-min pop song. I listen mainly to electronic but there is a time and a place for all music.

Hitch hiking is amazing. Goodwill outlets are amazing. Adrenaline. I'm a citykid and everything about nature amazes me - indonesian waves, swiss alps, californian redwoods, rainforests, islands, deserts. The diversity of our species is amazing.

I'm pretty good at getting things repaired I suppose. I want to learn more about analog photography, and I'm working on japanese. In general I enjoy doing things with my hands.
