CURRENT STATUS

We're generally lacking a couch in our apartment, so it's near impossible having sleepovers- but I can offer my know-how of Copenhagen and Denmark.

ABOUT ME

An extroverted introvert with a high tolerance for alcohol. I study teaching (with a focus on didactic design with modern media), social interactions, some marketing psychology (know your enemy)... and I've traveled over much of the world, except the Americas.

A few friends call me a 'mekka for trash culture', but I'm sure that's only 'cause they have actual lives and don't live off of semi-obscure cartoons from the 90-00s.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I originally came to Couchsurfing to find cool hosts for some travelling plans, but ended up hosting a few myself heh. Which turned out to be surprisingly fun, so that's definitely something I'm gonna keep doing.

Interests

History and culture in general, absurd British humor and a crapton of other things. Generally you'll find me talking to people, hanging out with my friends and my girlfriend or playing video or boardgames.. like most other people I guess :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Douglas Adams and Scifi is my great love as well as various Danish authors, but these days it's mostly historical textbooks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode an Autorickshaw from Hampi (central India) to the border of Nepal. It took about 3 weeks and only think we (the 2 Americans I was driving with) were close to dying 2-3 times.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know my neighborhood and a lot of the nooks and crannies of the city. I'm fairly busy with my business though, but I have an extended social group that would also love to offer help (they dig foreigners) if I'm indisposed. So I what I can offer depends on what you want to see...
