ABOUT ME

I'm 33 year old optimist. I always believe that things will work out and they always do. Stressing about something will get you nowhere in life. I have a degree from Hawaii Pacific University, but so far it has not helped me in life lol. Currently I am trying to build my reputation as a DJ and Music Producer. I make Tech House/ House / Techno types of music. I’d be happy to send you some songs if you ask!

I lived in Hawaii for 15 years and loved every minute of it. I love living the carefree aloha lifestyle, it's like nothing else. I really enjoy hiking and exploring mountains. If there is a beautiful view, I will hike there no matter how long it takes! I actually discovered a passion for hiking even more with this app when I took my guests around the island I learned I could make this my occupation so the last few years I have been organizing tours taking peoples waterfall hiking. What a life!
I also enjoy relaxing at the beach. Some of my hobbies are: yoga, fire spinning, watercolor painting, rock climbing, scuba diving, sailing, DJing, skateboarding, and just vibing!
I love trying as many beers as I can from each country I visit and I keep track of them using this app called Untappd, which I recommend if you like beer. Wine is a must! Who doesn't like wine?!
EDM runs my whole life pretty much! I would love to travel from festival to festival. I went to EDC in Las Vegas 2015, 2016, and 2017. In 2015 I also went to Ultra Europe in Croatia. So far I’ve traveled to 20 or more festivals. I also went to a festival in Indonesia in 2019! But my favorite festival so far was Electric Forest, I’ve been 3 times!
I love to travel I recently finished backpacking with my best friend Lauren through Thailand and Europe! More recently I completed my first solo trip to Malaysia and Indonesia and it was absolutely incredible! Finally got to travel again and spent some time in Costa Rica. It's all been an amazing experience. I have a million stories so feel free to ask me to tell you some. Next I wanna go to South America for Carnival!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a host I would like to make some cool friends from around the world and show them my local knowledge.
When I'm traveling I love to meet locals and see some things that normal people would never see!
I love spending time with a couch surfing host because you really see the city for what it really is through the eyes of a local!

Interests

Read the Maze Runner series and 50 Shades of Grey (cliche I know) I love self help books such as the Four Agreements and Zen the Art of Happiness

My favorite movie is Mean Girls! I also love Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Nightmare Before Christmas, I'll have I think of some more and update later.

I used to watch a lot of TV but I haven't had cable in awhile so I watch different stuff on Netflix when I'm bored or I download some movies.
I love Rick and Morty, The Vampire Diaries, Orange is the New Black, Stranger Things, Black Mirror.
