About Me
PLEASE REED BEFORE CONTACTING ME:
Right now I'm Only open to host ❤️ UKRANIAN ❤️people running away from the war. 2 people max, and the adult(s) must be female.
❤️
Contact me if you need shelter!
I live alone in Tønsberg with my 7 year old son and two friendly cats. For that reason I will ONLY be hosting girls (who are comfortable going to bed (sort of)early (sorry)) and being (sort of) quiet in the evenings ;)
I am creative, love plants, am open minded and sheerful, I think a lot and I'm introverted. Still like meeting new people though. I can seem both shy and yet be babbling away the next minute 🙈
It's really fun trying out new stuff, like ice-skating, making new foods, planting in the garden and so on. I suck at all of it, but it's fun to try it out anyway ;D
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This is not my first couchsurfing profile. The first one i lost my password to. The first time i couchsurfed some 10+ years ago I used ALL of my money except for 5$ on an interrailticket. There was over a week 'til next payday. I packed a lunch and went anyway. That trip changed my life. I had never travelled much during my childhood, and this was my way of making up for it. I backpacked my way through Europe and ended up on a beach in Croatia. I met lots of CS'ers and they all gave me such perspective on life and what this world contains.
I believe that everybody has something to learn me, and that inspiration flows more freely if we all have an open mind. This is something I am trying to teach my son, and I would love for him to meet people which we can both learn from and have fun with.
I was raised to believe a stranger is only a friend you haven't met yet. I truly believe in that.
Now that Ukraine is in war, I want to host refugees. We don't have a lot, and our apartment isn't big. But I can't sleep well knowing that we have absolutely everything we need (+ a bit more) while others are running from their homes 💔 It's not right.
Interests
Photography, travelling, painting, being outdoors, flea markets, reading, explore new music, conserts, I love kids (I should; I've got one ;) ) and animals (we have 2 cats)
I have a lot of plants and find digging in the dirt really peaceful.
I can talk psychology and gentle parenting for quite some time if I'm not shut up 😆

Parachuting! :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can learn you Norwegian, my favorite Norwegian recipes and if you're in my house, I'll share my life and my fridge with my guest.
I can show you my city, as well as the nature that surrounds the city.
You might get to hear my bad singing voice too. Sorry haha!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Food, a bed and our daily life :)
I have a very small apartment, and there are no separate bedrooms in my house :p (The sleeping area is a big loft with 2 beds and a playing area in the middle where my son has his space and plays during the day)
But i have a curtain in front of my bed, and the bed is a double bed :) Guests can sleep there, and we'll take the couch. We love the couch anyways.
My house is filled with over a 100 plants and the counter is always full of plant cuttings in water for propagation. So if you like green, you're coming to the right place! I can't live in the jungle, so I'm trying to make the jungle come to me.
