Hi :)

My name is Kristina, I am 35 and I live in Berlin, Germany and studied in Chicago for a year.

I studied Computer Science but I am definitely one of the cool and social NERDs xD .. promise!
I work as Software Engineer at SoundCloud now, which is amazing because I love music.

I love animals and nature and discovered my passion in traveling by bike. 2021 I traveled with my partner from Austria to Croatia and back through Italy by bike which was so far the best time of my life.

Because I feel so privileged an grateful about all the great things I got in my life I’d like to give something back. I joined a local group from Greenpeace in Berlin and I am now active within an environmental activism group called Extinction Rebellion (for 3 years).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to try it because it sounds like a lot of fun to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived for 5 month in Sydney and I did a skydive on one of Australia's beautiful beaches during traveling along the east coast.

2021 I did a sabbatical where I did a bike trip with my partner from Austria to Croatia and back through Italy.

I recently got into climate and environmental activism and started learning guitar.
