ABOUT ME

I am a gentle and loving being. I am currently finishing my studies to become a home-birth midwife which is my deep passion and calling in this life. I am sometimes a quiet and internal person upon first getting to know someone, but I strive for connection and enjoy learning people's stories and heart-songs. Overall, I enjoy exploring, hiking, singing, listening, looking for magic, creating, cats, writing, long drives, and deep experiences.

Musics: Mostly folky stuff, but I enjoy lots of other music too. Some favorite artists would be Jesca Hoop, KT Tunstall, First Aid Kit, Alela Diane, Bon Iver, Laura Marling, Born Ruffians, Coldplay, Brandi Carlile, DJ Shadow, Pink Floyd, My Chemical Romance (yes, I'm gonna admit it..), Nina Simone, and Elliott Smith.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hiked the Grand Canyon rim to rim in one day without any sort of training and improper shoes for such a hike. The hike is 24 miles long with a LOT of elevation change. Such a beautiful (and difficult) experience.
