ABOUT ME
I live on Vashon Island off the coast of Seattle. I coach women in the art of pausing to creatively review their life experiences, so they can savor the joys of wholeness and step boldly into what's next. In my mid-sixties, I love opening to discover how to live life to the fullest. I currently travel often to participate in a leadership circle with the Hendricks Institute.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe the small steps we each take daily can create a powerful flow of positive changes (even in the face of all we are experiencing now on earth!).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In my youth, in my travels around Europe I had wonderful experiences meeting people who shared warm hospitality. These are my fondest memories of travel - the laughter, goodwill and life stories that emerge when our lives briefly interweave.

I love people who treasure this moment as an opportunity to connect, play and transform ourselves. I enjoy morning Qi Gong, writing, cooking yummy organic meals, walking in nature and improvising on the native flute. In my small town, I sing in the Free-Range Folk Choir, and even ventured into acting in the local community theatre.
