Most music, little country. Currently istening to a lot of new alternative, indie, hip hop. Reading books on Buddhism, recovery, mindfulness, addiction. Favorite movie is Fight Club, newer favorite Interstellar. Recent TV, The Kindness Diaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Embraced sobriety at 40 years old. Watched a shuttle take off at night from Cape Canaveral. Watched people from all walks of life come togetger for support in recovery, it's beautiful!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning about life, experiencing new cultures. I can share some mindfulness meditations and yoga. And I started learning to surf this past winter, would love to continue getting on a board!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm laid back, tidy, quiet. Haven't cooked in awhile, but I love to make new vegetarian dishes and have a few delicious classics up my sleeve too. I'm usually game for most any new adventures!
