My mission is to open my mind to the vast cultural experiences around the world, to meet people from all walks of life and to have fun!

I'm a total goofball, to the max. I'm a laid-back person who loves adventure and adrenaline but is just as happy relaxing with friends. I'm generally up for anything and love experiencing all the world has to offer!! I like having a wide variety of interests and hobbies, because it fosters being able to relate to others on many levels.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am brand new to the CS community, but everyone was at one point, right? At the moment, I have a limited ability to host, but am willing to contribute what I can to this awesome project!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Like mentioned earlier, I'm new to CS and I haven't had surfing experiences, but I can't wait to begin sharing stories and experiences as I begin getting more involved in the community!

Interests

Like I said earlier, I have tons of interests and there's no way I could make an exhaustive list, but some of my most favorite hobbies are dance (mostly hip hop and ballroom) music (singing/playing/listening), kayaking/rafting, caving, snowboarding, skiing, scuba diving, and bowling... but there are definitely more!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - My interests are pretty eclectic. I love music of all types but really enjoy anything with a great beat or hook... I love to dance and it is one of my passions, so I enjoy songs where I can just be engulfed in the music!

Movies - I'm not too picky with movies, but my favorites are: The Matrix trilogy, Star Wars, Dumb and Dumber, La Vita Bella, Spanglish, Shawshank Redemption, Dead Poet's Society, the list goes on....

Books - I'll read anything. I love reading and at any given time, I'm reading like 4 or 5 books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Life in general is pretty amazing, but I've been so lucky to have some awesome experiences in my life that would be too lengthy to list here. =)

Teach, Learn, Share

Always enter a situation with an open mind, you just might learn something. Don't let stress get the best of you, especially if you don't have the power to change the situation, it's not worth the psychological and physical damage that stress can bring. I love wikipedia as a resource and wet-wipes are my favorite travel essential (especially when hiking).
