ABOUT ME

Me? I'm a bit of an anomaly.

I'm an American currently living in Stockholm, Sweden.

I'm an old soul, a vintage lover, an aspiring polyglot, a tea addict, an obsessed vinyl collector, a compulsive book hoarder, a pomegranate enthusiast, a part-time writer, and a full-time dreamer.

I tend to be introverted, enigmatic, and cynical. I'm a stoic through experience, bold per choice, and stubborn by virtue of heritage.

I am overly astute and meticulous to a fault. I have an adventurous spirit and act on impulse but never regret my decisions. I live by Kerouac's motto of "One fast move or I'm gone."

I'm a world history connoisseur and admirer of the 1700's. I have a deep rooted respect for Joseph Campbell and an affinity for the Greek heroes. I adore old architecture, venturing through living history museums, and driving across the old truss bridges spanning my hometown.

I'm an amateur musician and an indiepop kid, through and through. I'm a sucker for jangly guitars, simplistic drum tracks, and plenty of xylophone. I proudly wear badges on my sweaters, support small record labels (even run my own!), and dream of the day I own my own 12-string.

I grew up in the most culturally rewarding part of the United States, but Europe is where my heart remains.
