I am looking for people and places that are captivating and challenging. I'm a vegetarian, which is easier than most people think. I think a lot about buddhism and being open to the world. I smile at strangers to see if they will smile back.

just breathe. I try not to cause anyone harm and try to live my life with compassion for all people, no matter who they are or where they are in their journey in life.

I love movies that make me: cry, think, sleep better at night, search for more meaning in life or reaccuring themes

I love music that I can dance to. Anything from the Grateful Dead to John Lee Hooker, with a little Damien Rice and Grizzly Bear and Smokey Robinson thrown in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing is a heavy-laden word. A very cool thing I did when I was 18 was to jump out of a plane at 30,000ft. But I'm most amazed at watching my 1-year-old nephew Dylan grow up.
