ABOUT ME

I'm just a mountain junkie really. I love to hike and ski! Observing new flora and fauna. Trees especially thrill me. Nature's energy and beauty are my passion to enjoy. I live in an amazing place for these things, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and travel to explore new landscapes. I am fascinated by other cultures and ways of life. I like to consume plentiful amounts of tasty, unique foods, beers and wines, and to stay active enough to get away with it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My girlfriend Beth and I are traveling to Colombia between Thanksgiving and Christmas and hope to Surf! I've also hosted travelers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had great CS experiences all over the Western US and Canada. I'm excited to try more international couchsurfing. I've also had the pleasure of hosting surfers visiting the natural grandeur of Jackson Hole, WY.

We're going to Colombia to see and enjoy many amazing things including hiking, forests, animals, mountains, beaches, food, history, the Spanish language, and incredible culture in general!

We have incredible wildlife encounters in our backyard all the time with grizzly bears, black bears, moose, elk, antelope, buffalo, and more.

I know about fire, fire ecology, and geography. I also know useful knots and how to cut trees down. Beth knows English, music, literature, and is a phenomenal cook. We really want to improve our Espanol. We also want to soak in as much of the natural landscape and culture as we possibly can.
