When I am not studying rocks or natural history, I am reading, listening to international music, learning how to prepare foreign cuisine, foraging, riding bikes, and participating in outdoor sports. I also enjoy freelance writing and media projects.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a massive fan of alternative travel including work/trade, WWOOFing, volunteer travel, and home stays because it totally changes the experience of discovering a new country. Getting down home with locals and seeing what real life in a region is like are the experiences I live for.
