My mission (should you choose to accept it) is to have fun, live in the moment, learn everything, and have no regrets.

ABOUT ME

I am friendly and extremely open-minded. I am interested in everything and love to learn from other people about the things that they are passionate about and interested in. I hope to travel as much of the world as possible in my lifetime and to experience many of the other cultures on this wonderful planet.

I am from the USA, or Texas more specifically, and am working on the second part of my masters degree in Environmental Science in Berlin, Germany. I have been in Berlin since April and I will be here for 1 year (until March). Although at the moment, it seems like I'm getting a degree in travel more than anything!

PHILOSOPHY

I am quite ambitious, however I still live and enjoy every moment of my life. I don't believe in regrets and I think that life is too short to be unhappy...so party, have fun, and take each day as a new day!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to meet new people through Couch Surfing...I love the idea of having friends located all over the world. I hope to be of service to other travelers in need of a place to stay or those just simply in need of a travel buddy to show them around town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am still a novice to the couch surfing community but I am looking at getting more involved. I think this is a great service and I hope to take advantage of it to its fullest!

兴趣

I love to read, spend time with friends and travel. I really would like to experience as much of this gigantic world as possible. I love to learn...about everything! I am interested in many things and it seems like there is never enough time to fully learn about everything that I am interested in.

I am quite an Anglophile come to think of it...I love English literature (ie. Harry Potter, Charles Dickens, Shakespeare, Sherlock Holmes, Jane Austen), and British music (Adele, Amy Winehouse, Muse, Coldplay, Mumford and Sons). However I also love to listen to Texas Country, Chart, Indie, and Oldies and I love all sorts of movies!! My favorite movies are actually the Transformer movies...all of them :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have done a shark feeding dive in the Virgin Islands which was amazing! And my other favorite moment is waking up in the Swiss Alps in the summertime to the sounds of cowbells and the views of the lake in the distance below...absolutely breathtaking!
