ABOUT ME

I'm studying vet medicine at UT Knoxville.

I love hoop dance and fire arts!
I fell in love with hoop dancing at a small festival in Maine 5 years ago. Along the way I picked up fire hooping, then poi, fans, staff and flow wand. I love movement of all form and would love to experience many more. I would like to practice aerial silks and hip hop dance.

I love the natural world - hiking, bird watching, herping (finding reptiles and lizards... nothing to do with the transmissible disease... get your mind outta the gutter!) , exploring, cliff jumping (as long as someone else goes first, and it still takes about 10 minutes of coaxing) and snorkeling.

Interessi

I love animals, live music, hoop dance, fire spinning (hoop, poi, staff), SCIENCE!, woodland hiking, biking, camping, learning. I like drinking beers on porches and would like to improve my game at ping pong, though I could probably still beat you anyway ;)

Last summer I stayed at a field station in Panama and studied rainforest ecology and animal behavior for one month. Better than any vacation you could ever sign up for!
