ABOUT ME

I have had a passion for travel, language, and other cultures from a very early age, and it has never diminished--only grown--, as I have matured.
Both sides of my family are relatively recent immigrants to the United States (I am 3rd generation Mexican/German/Dutch). Both of my grandparents were born in another country and other languages are their native tongues. They have been my inspiration for my interests--but I have since developed new inspirations and dreams.

I know it sounds corny, but I strive to live my life to the fullest. I want to explore new places, meet new people, and make strong connections that have the possiblity to change the course of my life (and others) for the better.

I am very easy-going, flexible, and love to laugh! Life for me is about finding love, joy and passion and sharing and expanding on it with others. Helping change the world in any small way. :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have basically been perpetually traveling since two years ago...so I mainly couchsurf rather than host...but once I settle down I would be happy to have company!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Though it shows I don't have any, that's not quite true. I have couchsurfed many times, but through the profile of a friend that was with me ;). I did so in Argentina, and mainly in Europe. All have been very positive experiences.
I have also had the pleasure of being a semi-host to many couchsurfers, as my house-mates in Portland frequently hosted people!
