🍉Healthy food and Nutrition
In the past few years I got interested in learning all about nutrition and detoxing. I eat a mostly a raw vegan diet, as I felt really good while eating raw food. On the other hand I started to be more flexible with my diet more and more, experimenting and listening to what my body wants to eat.
