HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

However I can! Right now that means I'm surfing and meeting up with other couchsurfers and people I've met. Soon I'll be able to host people in my new apartment!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Through this website, only in Michigan in the US. But I've stayed with a woman who hosts volunteers who give humanitarian aid in Arizona, with distant family in Poland, with a freelance musician in London, and a student studying in Prague.

Quentin Tarantino, Wes Anderson, and Woody Allen are my favorite directors, but my favorite movies are Into the Wild and American Beauty. I listen to all types of music, but am currently really looking into reggae and jazz! Tolstoy, Tolkien, Dickinson are my favorite authors, but my favorite book is Anne of Green Gables.

Visited a correctional facility in Illinois with an organization that writes a report urging for prison reform. Will be visiting an open prison in Denmark!

I worked with a humanitarian aid organization No More Deaths, which provides help to migrants who are dying on the border due to cruel policies and subversive tactics. Will be volunteering in Trampolinhuset, an organization that serves refugees seeking asylum in Denmark!
