ABOUT ME

My mother owned a student travel business & grew up in Madagascar. Travel & experiencing other cultures has always been pushed in my family. I've been to Europe multiple times, and spent more times on a couch than I can count. I've been couch surfing long before this website was dreamed up.

PHILOSOPHY

Traveling & trying new things for as long as I can. Keeping excited for the little things.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't think couch surfing existed at the time, but I spent a whole year living in Europe on somebody else couch. I would love to pay back the debt to other travelers.

Travel, SKIING, wakeboarding, biking, sometimes running (not currently), hiking, kiteboarding..... etc. Pretty much anything outdoors.

I read as much as I can... I've done my best over the years to cover as many of the classics as I can. However I can be just as happy with a good Tom Clancy novel. As to music I've got a pretty broad palate... from Modest Mouse to Tribe Called Quest to some good Blue Grass music. Just a little short on the country.
