ABOUT ME

I am 24 years old and love love love to have fun! I like being spontaneous and flying by the seat of my pants. I love to meet new people and learn about new cultures and ways of life! I love the Lord with all my heart! I love to read (I'm kind of a nerd)! I love to play outside... volleyball, swimming (especially love this one), bike riding, and walking! I'm not a big runner but I'm working on it. My roommates and I are doing a sprint triathalon in June!!! Wish me luck!!! I love bringing my dog to the dog park for her to play, plus it's another great opportunity to make new friends! I am adventurous! I'll do anything at least once when it comes to activities... it's a different story about food. I have texture issues... haha:) But I'll at least try to taste anything once! I'll always try wine!!!

Interests

I love adventure... as silly as that sounds! I went sky diving in the summer and would love to do it again. I love to read and dance and sing (but I'm not very good:() Anything outdoors, any music except heavy metal, any art!!! I really love to dance and meet new people! Making new connections with people is always fun, educational, and ALWAYS entertaining!!!

Favorite movie is Breakfast at Tiffanys but also love suspensful movies and of course romantic comedies.

Love any type of music except heavy metal.

All time favorite book is Pride and Prejudice but also love Frankenstein, To Kill a Mockingbird, Redeeming Love, Abba's Child, Life of Pi

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Cambodia in 2008 and 2009 and worked at an orphanage with about 40 kids. We just loved on them and provided fun activities for them to do. While in Cambodia, I got to see some of the temples in Siem Reap, including Angkor Wat, Tom Promh, and Bayon! Absolutely stunning!!! I also got to see the sunset on Tonle Sap Lake in Cambodia in the floating villages which was just tragically beautiful!

I went skydiving for a friend's birthday in September 2009!!! It was so thrilling! I would absolutely do it again! I would love to do it while I'm in Europe:)
