ABOUT ME

I came back to Berlin in 2012 after living 1,5 years in Colombia. I really fell in love with Europe again, nevertheless I miss my "tierra latina". I am looking forward to meeting travelers from all over the world, especially from South and Latin America, I need to practice Spanish, drink Malbec, eat empanadas, arepas and chocolate volcanos from time to time :)

I am open minded, curious, a desperate hedonist, a bit crazy (mental?) and spontaneous whilst also being reliable and well organized. I like to go out (I have a half-russian liver, keep this in mind!) but I also love to have profound conversations which I like to call "brainfucks". I want to meet people from all over the world, to get to know their points of view, their culture, habits, their loves and fears, I want to learn from them, share experiences, thoughts and laughs.

As a host:
- showing people my city (hot spots + good nitelife)
- coming too late to work

As a guest:
- washing the dishes (I can´t cook very well, sorry)
- making my hosts come too late to work

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since 2008 I am meeting people as guest or host, for coffee/drink/breakfast/party. When I can´t go on a trip I love to feed my soul with their travel spirit & stories. So far I met some phantastic people from all over the world I am still in touch with some of my CS guests and hosts, a few became really good friends.

HOBBIES: dancing (jazz, modern, hiphop, rock, ballet, zouk), horseback riding, painting, writing, reading, thinking, smiling, eating, watching other people cooking...and traveling, of course!

Future travel plans: A trip from Moscow to Beijing with an old VW van or the transsib. Argentina & Chile again and again. Visiting my "familia paisa" in Medellin. Meeting my colleagues in Tokyo and New York. And at the end of my days I am going to spend 200,000 bucks for a flight to the moon. One-way.

I am a very bad guitar player, an even worse singer and a crappy cook. The only thing I can manage is - next to call the pizza & sushi service or go out for dinner - cooking some Russian, Thai or Indian food. But I can prepare brilliant cocktails or Russian drinks which kick you immediately out of this orbit. I also can mix some amazing resurrecting smoothies the next morning to cure the hangover :)

I can show you around in Berlin, but - due to my 1,5 years in Colombia - I also can help you to organize awesome trips through this amazing country discovering remote beaches in Bahia Solano or the Carribean, the best nitelife in Medellin, diving and seafood in Cartagena, nice trips in and around Santa Marta & Parque Tayrona, horseback riding in the Coffee Valley and of course a crazy time in Bogotá.
