ABOUT ME

I'm like everyone else here surfing around the world. But my story begins all the way back in New Zealand, where I was born and raised. So a Japanese Kiwi. After leaving my little home on Waiheke Island, I found myself crawling around the little big city of NZ. I've never properly explored even my own hometown, I guess I never really had the urge to. Always thought why do it?? Once I left NZ to Australia, I finally began to comprehend how little I really knew about the "horizon beyond the Aoteroa sea (NZ)"... and just how big outside really is! Haven't been back ever since now!!

I'm now film making and traveling...and learning Italian. So I try to take films when I'm not traveling and not learning Italian, which is rare. I have a short film that was officially selected into several international film festivals at the moment.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to try new things, failing is my second nature, and that's why experience is the most valuable thing to me. We're all artists too. painters of our own lives. And I think the more colours we use the more brilliant the artwork~ Traveling and experiencing is like the palette, as we journey along we pick up unique colours, creating our painting of LIFE !

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hitch hiking through China to Laos and finally down Thailand was really an eye opener...in ways I learnt a lot more about the people by hitching rides (;

Free diver ~ at Koh Tao dove 32m on one breath...a little proud of that one actually. I was literally floating down after a 20m. Crazy no? You can really fall in the sea!
