I grew up in a town in India in Uttar Pradesh. I had my schooling there for 12 years. Nothing interesting except a few incidents that made and broke me(yes, in that order). I have been slightly above average in studies and sports but, i always had a knack for writing and thinking why we do , what we do. For the same reason Carl Jung, Freud and Dostoyevsky have been my allies all along. Some of them i discovered earlier and some later( thanks to Jordan Peterson).
I am a strong believer that destiny is shaped by us and us alone. What stops us from doing so is the lack of awareness about ourselves of our thought processes and getting trapped in psychological loops that makes us lose touch with the present now. I have practically achieved that level, not so long ago but again due my naivety and incomplete knowledge, i fell back to where i started. I am starting it all over again. I believe building, demolishing and rebuilding with improved material and knowledge of structure is part of the process.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

One of my favorite authors once said " Whenever in doubt, Travel!". I believe that and wish to travel and exchange my culture for others. However different we might be on the surface, we are same within and knowledge of the gap by cultural, experiential exchange makes you wiser. That's why i wish to couch surf. I want to pick some language and share mine as well.

P.S.- I love cooking and one of the quirks of culinary lover, one would know of if they are themselves one, is they want others to try their hand-cooked food more than they like to eat themselves. And coming from the land of infinite spices that have the potential to tantalize your taste buds, i don't need to say anymore. LOL

I love First person shooter games. Games like 'Call of Duty', 'Far Cry 2,3,4,5' , 'Tomb Raider' are my favourites along with many more.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I have 3. Some are crazy but some are amazing in their own subtle way which are amazing for me;)

1. Cliff jumped in-spite of Acrophobia (Fear of heights). MY legs trembled to the point i could't walk and was practically crawling after i emerged out of the river in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India.
2.Saved an 5 day old abandoned kitten that i found crying on my roof. Now she is 5 months old, grown and lives in my apartment(or i live in her apartment, can't tell for sure, LOL)
3. Survived a car crash(not just any, topple over, bust through wall type crash)
