Hi! While I was born and raised in the DC/MD/VA area, I am originally part Yemeni and Czech. I enjoy good company, food, and music. I have to travel at least once a year to explore new cultures and gain new experiences. I studied abroad for a semester in Bilbao, Spain where I gained values and respect for a whole different lifestyle. I like to consider myself pretty active: while I may not be a runner, boxing is a recent hobby I've picked up in the past year.
A good book can help me forget where I am and writing everyday improves my memory.

My sister recommended it to me as a great way to meet the locals. It's a great way to meet new people and hopefully gain friendships out of them.
