HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted when possible, which so far hasn't been often due to my small room and tight schedule.
I have often surfed but mostly without using Couchsurfing. I hope to use Couchsurfing more in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did the tongariro crossing with a group of couchsurfers, which turned out the be great fun!

History, especially now I'm traveling, I always try to read and understand the history of places I visit. Traveling, especially trying to get away from the tourist masses.
I've done a lot of hitchhiking while traveling which is a terrific way of meeting new people and getting to places you never would have visited otherwise.
