My name is Kath and I'm years old. I'm a sportive Dutch girl looking for work in New Zealand. The plan is to work and travel in New Zealand with as less money as possible. I'll start with some WOOFFing, a whole new experience.

I traveled to many places before and cannot wait to start a new adventure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm an enthusiastic girl with loads of positive energy who want to have fun. I also want to learn about New Zealand, the culture and meet some amazing people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While I travelled I couch surfed many times and all those experiences have been absolutely amazing. It's great to share a house with people to learn about their culture and of course I'm not too lazy to help with housekeeping, cooking or cleaning.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books:
I like to read thillers, my favourite writers are Karin Slaughter and Jo Nesbo. Beside thrillers I read novels, autobiographies and sience fiction.

My last book was a book from Jo Nesbo.

Movies:

My favourites: (I cannot choose one so a quick selection) Seven, One Day, The Help, Iron Lady, Mar adentro, Morning glory, and loads more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled in Europe (like Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, England). My first trip outside Europe was a studytrip in China (2007). I was there for a month and that's where I have lost my heart to other cultures.
Later on I traveled in Australia for 6 months in 2010 (including Tasmania). In 2011 I traveled to South Asia where I spent up to 4 months in Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and Singapore. My last adventure was in Australia, where I lived for 7 months in the beautiful city Perth.

Too many amazing things on those trips to share, I will tell you later on about it ;)
