Just logged onto here after being away for over a decade. Getting back into this community after a friend encouraged me to participate again.

I'm a pretty carefree individual. I love adventures and new experiences.

I have lived all over the United States (Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, Arizona, and Wisconsin), and I now live in Toronto, Canada. I am pretty easy to get along with, and good at including the 'new person' in situations because I have been that person so many times before ^_^.

PHILOSOPHY

L'appel du vide is a French phrase that translates to "the call of the void". It's the urge some people get to jump from high places when they encounter them, for example when close to the edge of cliffs.

My interpretation: it's about doing new, fun, exciting, or daring experiences. Perfect for couchsurfing, I would say.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In college I often ended up on several friends couches. I think hotels are expensive and should not stop people from traveling. I have hosted several people and look forward to meeting more fun, interesting people.

Interests

I like social events, bars, live music, museums, coffee shops, street fairs, making art, crafting, thrifting, or even just relaxing at home.
