ABOUT ME

I'm about to embark on a little trip all over Western Europe. I wish to discover new places, see new things, and experience what I've been missing. I am a banker in the US with a stable job and an expensive taste for finer things in life. I like museums, art, music, theatre, movies, reading, and partying. I have lived in NYC all my life and cannot imagine living anywhere else.

I'm friendly, polite, and intelligent; my friends say I'm a good listener and come to me for advice (sometimes too often, but I enjoy helping people!). I don't do anything half-heartedly whether it's work, hobbies, or friendship. On first meeting me, you might think I'm a little shy and reserved, but once I'm comfortable with the people and places around me, I'll relax and open up. I don't see other people as objects; I see them as individuals with their own unique experiences and personalities to discover. I live by this expression: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye alone. What I like to learn about a person is the whole person: your dreams, your fears, your passions, your struggles, your weaknesses - not just how accomplished, wealthy, or gifted you are. Everyone is a combination of those elements, so I feel more attracted to someone who is willing to express them.
