About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Playing music and telling comedy jokes
ABOUT ME
I'm a musician, comedian, and writer living in Dallas, TX. I've been a performer my entire life, I was even crowned Little Mr. Dallas when I was two! I work at a coffee shop in Dallas as a barista and bartender, which is super fun, but my real passion is making music and making people laugh. I moved around a lot as a kid and I've been traveling around the US in a renovated camper with my fiancé and my dog, which has been amazing! I'm looking for fun, amazing people who can tell a mean story to stay with!
PHILOSOPHY
Life is hilarious. It also sucks and can be terrible, but I find enjoying the funny moments, and even finding the humor in terrible moments makes life worth living.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My friend Alia hosts couchsurfers all the time, and I never cease to be amazed by how ridiculously cool everyone is!
My craziest couchsurfing moment actually happened while I was on tour a few years ago. The band I was playing drums in got screwed over financially in San Antonio, so to try to make the best of our night we decided to busk by the Alamo. We accepted donations but tried to make it abundantly clear to everyone that our main goal was simply to have an amazing night playing music with each other. We ended up making more than enough money to get to our next location, which was awesome! The coolest part though was a random guy who saw us play offered to let us stay at his house for the night. We were a little iffy, but he was a small dude, we could take him if there was any funny business. But this guy had just gotten back from Bonaroo and had tons of sleeping bags and snacks and let us shower and sleep at his house for free! We ended up not really sleeping, just hanging out with him and sharing stories. That's honestly one of the best nights of my life
Interests
I love music, comedy, and am completely obsessed with movies. Most of all though I live for forming deep personal connections with people. My favorite times are literally just sitting outside drinking and talking for hours. If I could do that for the rest of my life I'd be happy.

Music, Movies, and Books
This is so hard. It's typically my biggest pet peeve when people answer this way, but I listen to a little bit of everything. Let's just go through what I have on my ipod right now.
Architecture In Helsinki
Death Cab For Cutie
Ke$ha
Patti Smith
Paul Simon
Margot & The Nuclear So and So's
Tom Waits
Utah Symphony Orchestra performing Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 2

Books and movies are a can of worms I'm not sure you want to open, but ask me!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went parasailing with Andy Dick once, completely on accident
Teach, Learn, Share
The perspective of a comedian is a fairly unique one I believe, but one that I love to share.
I want to learn how other people's worldview and belief systems affect how they live their lives on a daily basis
