Hi! Hola! My name is Kyle, I'm an adventurous traveler who grew up in Wisconsin, USA and lived most of my adult life in Tampa, Florida, USA, before I started traveling full time in 2021. Since then I've visited 9 different countries, spending a lot of time on the Pacific coast of Mexico and in Mexico City.

I love outdoor adventures like hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, biking, snowboarding & most recently surfing. Movies and writing are my other great passions.

Nature, history, culture, and food are what most interest me about new places. I enjoy live music of most any type and love singing karaoke. Peace and happy travels!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I visited Cartagena, Colombia on my first solo trip abroad in 2017, even though my Spanish was really bad at the time and I was nervous. I made a great friend from Couchsurfing my first night there and he introduced me to several of his friends. We all went out together and had a great time. I had one of the best trips of my life largely due to the amazing people I met.

Since then I try to connect with other people from CS when I travel and give back however I can.
