About Me

Hello, as you know my name is Kyle, I am currently living in Glasgow together with my girlfriend who comes from Jena.
We met in Ireland and fell madly in love. My current love of German language comes from her :)
At the moment I am working fulltime.
I am considered to be by my nature a very goofy laid back guy.
I love to tell jokes, be sarcastic and frankly I'm rarely without a smile.
I like to see a lot of things and take everything as it comes. What you see is what you get. That's pretty much all the me. :P

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking for a kick start for my life in Jena.
I am moving there with my girlfriend and hope to master the german language and finally be able to speak fluent within a short time.
I would need somewhere to stay until we organise a place to live permenantly. Ideally within a couple of weeks I can be settled into a flat or an accomodation that fits.
Plus it's always nice to meet new people, I am people's person XD ideally you should speak no english, I like a challenge :P

Interests

My word, okay I like the following:
Long summer walks
Cake - All types, especially German
Surprise parties
Healthy Cooking - organic, mainly vegetarian but not always, pretty much no sugar, I'm a fun guy :P
Doodling - I sketch a lot when I have an idea, something I tend to do on the go.
Games - Board games, video games, all the games.

Music, Movies, and Books

This would take all the suprise out of it. Let's maybe talk about it instead :P it'll be a good conversation

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I used to rescue animals when I was young with my family. I recently rescued a pigeon after I found her injured underneath a bridge.
Poor girl had no feathers, she had a broken leg.
She's healthy now and is named 'Moe Hawke'. We're trying to free her but she seems honestly very attached.

Teach, Learn, Share

I come from a family of chefs and caterers I bet I can suprise a few people with my cooking.
My english skills are near perfect save the harsh scottish accent although I speak clearer than some.
I have seen all of Scotland as a child and would be willing to share stories and tales from my experiences. A few fables fer ye.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Above all I want to gain new experiences so I hope to hear a few fables from whomever hosts me.
I intend to make it a fun experience in the end you'll have a few stories to keep and pass on :)
plus like I said, I'm a ganrly chef, hopefully I can show my signature dish :P (possibly not Haggis...it might be.)
