Lived in Ohio for 18 years. I then traveled the US for about 8 months. I lived out of my car, couch surfed, hitchhiked, Backpacked, checked out cities, and hung out on the beaches. I ended up visiting 47 states. I then lived out in California (San Francisco/Bay Area) for about 2 years. I then backpacked Europe for 6 months visiting 20 countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My goal of couch surfing is to meet local people and learn about the different culture of towns and what goes on around where they live.

Interests

I've played guitar for a little over 6 years and really enjoy playing with others.

I really like hiking as well U.S. National parks I've hiked include - the Smokey Mountains, Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Canyon Lands, Arches, Zion, Olympic National park, Badlands, Crater Lake, Redwood forest, Yosmite, Death valley, Joshua Tree, Grand Canyon, Big Bend, and the Everglades.

Was a big fan of track and field. Favorite event was the pole Valut. My PR was 14 feet (4.26m). Long jump PR was about 19'2" (5.84m) and 100m dash was 11.87s. This was 5 years ago however.

I believe there is good and bad to all types of music. I'm not super into movies but some of my favorites would be Inception, Grand Torino , and Gladiator.

Hitchhiked 2,360 kilometres from Cleveland OH, to Charleston SC and back when I was 18.
