PHILOSOPHY
We make a living by what we get; We make a life by what we give
Singapore can be a little pricey at times, so I am trying to write a comprehensive guide here on how to stretch the dollar, a little at a time. If you have any tip, feel free to text me too!

Especially when you are traveling from the airport to the City Centre after 11pm.
If you have been to some East Asian cities like Shanghai or Taipei, you might be familiar with bike sharing. One of it is oBike. oBike allows you to rent a bicycle all by yourself with low price. Pick it up in any place and ride away wherever you want.
Register now to get 5 S$ 1.00 ride coupons. https://h5.o.bike/mobile/h5/invite.html?countryCode=+65&countryIndex=153&code=1734502445
Free Wifis are widely available in selected Macdonald's, Starbucks outlets and Train Stations across the island. Make sure you get your free username and password at the airport transit area.
For dining options, head to Maxwell Food Market or Chinatown Food Centre. Meals can be had for around ~ $5
There are also free vegetarian food at the Singapore Buddhist Lodge in the city. It is a brisk walk from the touristy Clarke Quay. The SBL is a religious order but anyone can go in and eat for free. You don't need to seek anyone's permission. Avoid bringing meat and alcohol into the compound and you just have to wash the used cutlery after your meal,

Avoid buying beers/ alcohols in 7-11s. Alcohol cannot be bought after 9pm at convenience stores or super markets though they still can be bought in bars and restaurants at an inflated rate.
Our water is also potable, so it is perfectly to drink directly from the tap. If you are sick, public healthcare is also available at polyclinics at a relatively affordable rate though not subsidised (Google polyclinics). If you are gonna travel for an extended period of time, Singapore might be the best place to see a doctor, either for checkups or preventive care.
