Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Kyle has surfed with a couple friends over in California and as far as Calgary. Our goal is to pass it on as a resource for others and to hopefully find a place to stay for random trips of our own.

Interests

We are both readers and we like to get involved with little side projects like making and/or refinishing furniture and various aspects of fixing up our 96-year-old home. We are both the curious type, so we'll talk about anything... but if you leave it up to us, we'll most likely end up talking about culture, faith, food, or traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Completed The World Race in 2011 (Christian service trip to 11 countries in 11 months).

We love to learn about other cultures, try new things, and hear about the adventures you've been on. Ask us about any of the 17 countries we've been to and we'll be happy to share.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Mayi makes some mean authentic Dominican food, but we are eager to take our guests to some of our favorite local spots as well.
