I'm very interested in nutrition and I own a small bootcamp business in which i look to expand in the future, I love philosophy, coffee, old speckled hen (the drink) and people in general, festivals, holidays and weekend trips are what life is all about.

Well my main area of knowledge is nutrition, it's fascinating, from fat loss, building muscle or looking to control/cure diseases I've helped people cure fybromyalgia, knee pain and I've come up with a theoretical cure for MS ebiet it's just a theory.
