ABOUT ME

My name's Kylie. I've bounced around a bit doing different biology field jobs. I grew up in Upstate NY, and have been living in California the last year or so. I love pretty much any outdoor activity, but particularly climbing and backpacking. I believe in being kind and living with an open mind and soul.

PHILOSOPHY

Understand and appreciate people's differences.
Hiking is often the answer.
Eat food, not too much, mostly plants.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted many people in the past and have stayed on many couches myself. I'm always looking to travel to new places and always prefer to surf couches!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had only amazing experience while couchsurfing. I particularly love hosting! Getting to show someone how great the place you live is is such a treat.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I bushwacked up 5000ft to the top of an amazing mountain in Skagway, Alaska. We climbing up through devil's club, waded through waist-deep seas of ferns, scrambling up and sliding down loose rock and sand, but were rewarded by some amazing views!
