ABOUT ME

I love yoga and travelling. I'm quitting my job at the end of the year, selling everything I own and going travelling for as long as possible. Starting with a three month yoga teacher training in Koh Phangan Thailand through April 2008, then who knows?
I want to learn, open, volunteer, share, learn about sustainable practices, other cultures, have adventures (especially outdoor) and learn new languages.

The Alchemist

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So many...I bungee jumped over the bridge at Victoria Falls in Zambia/Zimbabwe when I was 20. Woken up to sunlight cascading through clouds like God first thing in the morning on the midnight train to Bulawayu, Zimbabwe. Taught kids the hokey pokey near Mae Hong Son in No. Thailand. Partied with Brazilians and cried with them during the '98 world cup in Rio de Janiero. Surfed in Costa Rica (with crocodiles). Lived in San Francisco for 10 years and done it all from Burning Man to wine tasting, to hiking, to sailing, to singing and acting - I love this town!!!

I teach English. I teach Yoga. I am a lawyer. I am a native northern californian woman, so I've had lots of exposure to all that crazy california stuff, and love it! I want to learn about organic farming, outdoor adventures in other countries, how to make things (pottery, jewelry, sewing, food), understand other cultures, chill out with happy people doing good things and loving life.
