About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Time you've enjoyed wasting isn't time wasted

ABOUT ME

KYRIE: I moved to Bristol to study psychology at UWE and fell in love with the city. I work a 9-5 job, but in typical "live for the weekend" style, try to do as much as I can outside those hours. Favourite extra curricular activities include visiting new cities and trying out new pubs.

ALASTAIR: I have lived in Bristol nearly 10 years now so know it pretty well, especially the pubs to, and not to, visit. I initially came to Bristol to study History and English after which I was still left pretty clueless as to what to do but was certain about returning to Bristol, so came back and cut a long story short am now a mental health nurse working on a dementia ward, and met Kyrie of course! Outside of work I try to indulge in anything to do with seeing live music (esp.jazz, ska inter alia), frequenting pubs to suss out the ale, walks, eating out and general socialising.

Hosted once and been a guest once. Looking for more!

Interests

We are both vegan and are very into food, cooking, eating out and trying new recipes. We are also pretty enthusiastic about beer, which seems to have come at the right time as Bristol is awash with interesting pubs and breweries at the moment.

We also both enjoy walking and exploring parts of the city we may not have been to before.

And falafel. We are very interested in finding the best falafel in Bristol.
